Abstract: เอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพเป็นสื่อประเภทหนึ่งที่จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มสื่อโสตทัศนจดหมายเหตุ (Audio-Visual Archives) ซึ่งสามารถสื่อความหมายด้วยภาพหรือเสียง สำหรับหอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร เนื่องจากหอจดหมายเหตุฯ ไม่ได้แสดงเอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพที่จัดเก็บผ่านเว็บไซต์ของหน่วยงานเพราะเหตุผลว่าการเผยแพร่เอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพซี่งเป็นเอกสารต้นฉบับผ่านเว็บไซต์จะไม่สามารถควบคุมการนำเอกสารดังกล่าวไปใช้ได้ เช่น การใช้โดยไม่ได้แสดงความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์อย่างเหมาะสม การทำซ้ำหรือแก้ไขโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เพราะฉะนั้นเพื่อรักษาสิทธิ์ดังกล่าว การใช้ลายน้ำดิจิทัล (Digital Watermark) กับเอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพที่เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์สามารถแสดงการรับรู้ถึงความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ เป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ (Copyright Infringement) ที่เกิดขึ้นได้ และเป็นแนวทางในการเผยแพร่รูปภาพต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรผ่านเว็บไซต์ของหอจดหมายเหตุฯ ซึ่งสามารถช่วยให้ผู้ใช้บริการสืบค้นได้สะดวกเพื่อขอใช้ทั้งเป็นรูปภาพต้นฉบับและเอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพต่อไป ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างเป็นแบบสอบถามขึ้นมาเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการลงลายน้ำดิจิทัลในเอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทภาพ โดยสร้างแบบสอบถามเป็นสองชุด โดยชุดที่หนึ่งสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่หอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร และชุดที่สองสำหรับผู้ใช้บริการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุประเภทที่หอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร โดยจะแน่นในเรื่องหลัก ๆ ของลายน้ำดิจิทัล เช่น การตั้งตำแหน่ง ขนาด สี ความทึบแสง การตั้งเกณฑ์ในการเลือกโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปมาใช้งาน รวมถึงการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป iWatermark Pro ในการทดลองการลงลายน้ำดิจิทัลอีกด้วย ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า การตั้งตำแหน่งลายน้ำดิจิทัลต้องอยู่ข้างขวาล่างสุดซึ่งเป็นตำแหน่งที่อยู่ในอันดับต้น ๆ จากคำตอบของแบบสอบถาม และยังเป็นตำแหน่งที่ได้ชี้ให้เห็นจากงานวิจัยของการติดตามดวงตา (Eye tracking) ของมนุษย์ รวมทั้งในเรื่องเทคนิคการถ่ายภาพที่เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องอีกด้วย พร้อมกับเรื่อง ขนาด สี ความทึบแสง ซึ่งเป็นองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ของสายน้ำดิจิทัลก็จะศึกษาในงานวิจัยนี้ด้วยเช่นกัน

Abstract: The image archive is a type of media that is in the Audio-Visual Archives group which can convey meaning by images or sounds. For Silpakorn University archives, the archives not publish their image archive that is collected through the website of the organization because of the reason that the dissemination of image archival in original format through the website, cannot control the use of these archives, such as use without showing the copyright ownership, reproduction or modification without permission and so on. Therefore, in order to maintain such the copyrights, using digital watermarks (Digital Watermark) with image archive can recognize the ownership while publishing on the website, and to avoid copyright infringement that can occur. So it is a guideline for the dissemination of image archive that can show the copyright of Silpakorn University Archives through the website and can allow users to conveniently search for both the original image and image archive also. In this research, the researcher created a questionnaire to collect information about digital watermarking in the image archive. The questionnaire will be divided into two sets. By the first set for Silpakorn University archivist staff, and the second set for Silpakorn Univesity Archives User. The questionnaire will be tight in the main points of digital watermarking, such as setting the position, size, colour, opacity, the criteria for choosing the program and using iWatermark Pro software to test digital watermarking with image archive. The result shows that setting the digital watermark position must be at the bottom right, the position from the questionnaire answer. And is also a position that has been pointed out by the research of human eye tracking, as well as the techniques involved in photography, size, colour, opacity, will also study in this research as well.
