Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการเสริมทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิตให้ สำเร็จของนักเรียน พัฒนารูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิต ให้สำเร็จของนักเรียน และศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมทักษะสมองในการ บริหารจัดการชีวิตให้สำเร็จของนักเรียนในภาวะพลิกผันในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสขนาดเล็กที่เข้าถึงยาก โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research) พื้นที่วิจัย คือ โรงเรียน บ้านเกาะพะลวย อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 5 ชนิด คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แนวคำถามในการ สนทนากลุ่ม รูปแบบและคู่มือรูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ฯ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจฯ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิตให้สำเร็จ พบว่า ในทัศนะของ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียน มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ทักษะ สมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิตให้สำเร็จในภาพรวม สภาพปัจจุบัน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( x = 3.40, S.D.= .94) โดยพิจารณาทัศนคติเป็นรายด้านที่ได้รับคะแนนน้อยที่สุด และเป็นปัญหาเร่งด่วนในการ พัฒนา พบว่า ด้านครูผู้สอนและการจัดการเรียนรู้ทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิตให้สำเร็จ อยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง ( x = 3.35, S.D.= .94) และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.36, S.D.= .84) โดยพิจารณาทัศนคติเป็นรายด้านที่ได้รับคะแนนมากที่สุด พบว่า ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมของ สถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.41, S.D.= .79) 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิตให้ สำเร็จของนักเรียนในภาวะพลิกผันในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสขนาดเล็กที่เข้าถึงยาก การประเมินความ เหมาะสมกับความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการ ชีวิตให้สำเร็จของนักเรียนในภาวะพลิกผัน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.25, S.D.= .62) และ ระดับความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบฯ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.47, S.D.= .50) 3) การศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการ ชีวิตให้สำเร็จของนักเรียนในภาวะพลิกผันในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสขนาดเล็กที่เข้าถึงยาก โดยภาพรวม พบว่า นักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ตามผลการใช้รูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เพื่อ เสริมทักษะสมองในการบริหารจัดการชีวิตให้สำเร็จของนักเรียนในภาวะพลิกผันในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ขนาดเล็กที่เข้าถึงยาก โดยมีคะแนนความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อรูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ฯ ใน ภาพรวม ก่อนทำกิจกรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 4.09, S.D.= .80) โดยพิจารณาทัศนคติเป็นรายด้านที่ ได้รับคะแนนน้อยที่สุด และเป็นปัญหาเร่งด่วนในการพัฒนา พบว่า ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของ รูปแบบการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ฯ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 3.88, S.D.= .74) และหลังทำกิจกรรม อยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.33, S.D.= .71) โดยพิจารณาทัศนคติเป็นรายด้านที่ได้รับคะแนนมากที่สุด พบว่า ด้านบุคลิกภาพของครูผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( x = 4.39, S.D.= .71)
