Abstract:
The study has the objectives to study 1) the levels of communication, culture and adaptation of South Korean workers working in Guangzhou, China and 2) communication and culture affecting adaptation of South Korean workers working in Guangzhou, China. The sample group is 382 South Korean workers with legal work visas in Guangzhou, China. The purposive sampling group was South Korean workers who had visa to work legally in Guangzhou, China totaled 382 persons. It was a survey research method using a questionnaire as the research tool and data analysis using descriptive statistics of percentage, means and standard deviations and inferential statistics of Multiple Regression Analysis Enter Method.
The study found that 1) the levels of cultural importance affecting adaptation of South Korean workers working in Guangzhou, China, were at Level High (X = 4.14; S.D.= 0.497) followed by communication at Level High (X=4.12 ; S.D.= 0.587) and 2) the results of Multiple Regression Analysis Enter Method found that communication and cultural affected adaptation of South Korean workers working in Guangzhou, China at a statistical significance level of .05.
