Abstract:
This research investigation is of an exploratory nature. The study aims to achieve two primary objectives. Firstly, it seeks to examine the existing and preferred state of bilateral vocational education management within educational institutions associated with Lampang Vocational Education. Secondly, it aims to investigate the guidelines for enhancing bilateral vocational education management among school administrators affiliated with vocational education in Lampang province. The participants in the investigation of present and optimal circumstances encompass individuals employed in educational establishments associated with vocational education in the province of Lampang. This study uses a multi-step sample method to see if suggestions for making it easier for school administrators in Lampang Vocational Education Province to manage vocational education on both sides are useful. The instruments employed for data collection consisted of a 5-level estimation questionnaire and a group discussion record. The study included an analysis of the Essential Demand Index and Content.
The findings of the study revealed the present and preferred circumstances pertaining to the shared management of vocational education in educational institutions associated with vocational education in Lampang province. In general, the present state is moderate, and the desired state is exceptionally high. The study on the bilateral management of vocational education by administrators under Lampang Vocational Education yielded a total of 28 approaches. These approaches were categorized as follows: 1) 7 planning approaches; 2) 6 organizing approaches; 3) 9 leading approaches; and 4) 6 controlling approaches.
