Abstract:
This research Objectives: 1) to study the needs Digital leadership of small school administrators Under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) to study guidelines for development of Digital leadership of small schooladministrators Under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group included school administrators, Sentinel school administrators and teachers in small school under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 1, there are 234 people. The tools collect data consisted questionnaire about Digital leadership of small school administrators Under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 has the form of a questionnaire 5 level estimation questionnaire and a recording group discussion form. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Required demand index and content analysis.
