Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ทำการเก็บตัวอย่างจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร ในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ในปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 252 คน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหา ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความเป็นอิสระ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ ส่วนด้านความผูกพัน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 2) การสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน ส่วนด้านการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 3) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการสร้างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในอำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.93 สูงกว่าสมมติฐาน The purpose of this research is 1) to study the participatory administration of school administrators in Krathum Baen district Samut Sakhon Province 2) to study the creation of a learning organization of school administrators in Krathumbaen District Samut Sakhon Province And 3) to study the relationship between participatory administration and learning organization building of school administrators in Krathumbaen district. Samut Sakhon Province Samples were collected from the school administrators and teachers under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office In Krathum Baen district Samut Sakhon Province In the academic year 2020, there were 252 people and the tool used was a questionnaire. And analyzed the data by searching for percentage, mean, and standard deviation. And Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis was analyzed at the statistical significance level of 0.01 The results of the research were as follows: 1) the participation of school administrators in Krathumbaen district.
