Abstract:
The objectives of this research were (1) to study
the guidelines for designing a recruitment system for
housekeeper on internet (2) to evaluate the quality of
using the recruitment system for housekeeper on
internet and (3) to compare the consistency of system
design and development with the quality of use. The
research was divided into 2 phases, First phase: the
design and development of the recruitment system for
housekeeper on internet using analyzing needs from
experts and stakeholder with the recruitment system
for housekeeper on internet with structured interview.
Second Phase: Assess the quality of the use of the
recruitment system for housekeeper on internet with
ES-QUAL assessing model and compare the
consistency of system design and development with
the quality of use. The sample consisted of 51 users the
recruitment system for housekeeper on internet. The
research tool was a five-point scaled questionnaire. The
statistics used in the research were mean, standard
deviation and the coefficient of variation. The results of
the research revealed that (1) the design of the system
of recruitment system for housekeeper on internet
consisted of three diagrams (1) context diagrams,
(2) data flow diagrams, and flow chart diagrams. The
recruitment system for housekeeper on interne consists
of two section: the user's section and administrator's
section (2) the results of the quality assessment of the
system usability. The quality of such the recruitment
system for housekeeper was at a high level (Mean =
3.93, S.D. = 0.51) and (3) design and development the
system is consistent with the quality of use of the
recruitment system for housekeeper (C.V.) of the design
and development of the system is 13.35 percent and the
coefficient of variation (C.V.) of the quality of use is
13.35 percent. System work equals 13.09 percent.
