Abstract: This study analyzes the impact of digital innovation on education, focusing specifically on the effectiveness of online learning tools in universities across China. Employing a quantitative research methodology, it examines data from 500 questionnaires distributed to students and faculty members in Chinese universities. The findings indicate that online learning tools have a positive impact on student engagement, knowledge acquisition, and academic performance. However, several challenges were identified, including technical issues and difficulties in maintaining sustained student engagement over time. Additionally, these tools foster motivation and learning strategies that enhance the quality of teacher-student interaction. The adoption of digital tools also significantly improves teaching efficiency, necessitating adaptations in instructional strategies. The majority of students and faculty hold positive attitudes towards these tools, especially following training sessions. These results underscore the importance of continuous training and support for faculty and students to maximize the benefits of educational technology. This study highlights the need for well-structured training programs to enhance technical skills and encourage positive attitudes towards the integration of digital innovations in education.

Abstract: การศึกษานี้วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของนวัตกรรมดิจิทัลต่อการศึกษา โดยมุ่งเน้นที่ประสิทธิผลของเครื่องมือการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ของมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศจีน โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณซึ่งวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามจำนวน 500 ชุดที่แจกให้กับนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศจีน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเครื่องมือการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์มีผลเชิงบวกต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษา การรับรู้ความรู้ และผลการเรียน อย่างไรก็ตาม การศึกษาได้ระบุถึงความท้าทายหลายประการ เช่น ปัญหาด้านเทคนิคและความยากลำบากในการคงไว้ซึ่งการมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาในระยะยาว นอกจากนี้ เครื่องมือเหล่านี้ยังส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจและกลยุทธ์การเรียนรู้ ซึ่งช่วยพัฒนาคุณภาพการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาจารย์กับนักเรียน การนำเครื่องมือดิจิทัลมาใช้ยังนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการสอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญและจำเป็นต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนกลยุทธ์การสอน ทั้งนี้นักศึกษาและอาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเครื่องมือเหล่านี้ โดยเฉพาะหลังจากเข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรม ผลลัพธ์ดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการฝึกอบรมและการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่องสำหรับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาเพื่อเพิ่มประโยชน์สูงสุดของเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา การศึกษานี้เน้นย้ำถึงความจำเป็นในการจัดทำโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมที่มีโครงสร้างชัดเจนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางเทคนิคและส่งเสริมทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการใช้นวัตกรรมดิจิทัลในด้านการศึกษา
