Abstract: การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมในปัจจุบัน ส่งผลให้ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเปลี่ยนแปลงไป เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยในยุคดิจิทัลเข้ามามีบทบาทในการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารจึงควรเตรียมความพร้อมและตั้งรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกในยุคปัจจุบัน จากการศึกษาทบทวนแนวคิดทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะผู้นำกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล พบว่า ผู้บริหารจำเป็นต้องมีการพัฒนาทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถและภาวะความเป็นผู้นำในยุคดิจิทัลให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ผู้บริหารต้องมีการปรับตัว ปรับกลยุทธ์ และวิสัยทัศน์ให้กว้างไกล ยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่เข้ามาใช้ในกระบวนการทำงานภายในสถานศึกษาและรู้จักการใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีอย่างหลากหลาย เพื่อให้การบริหารงานบรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ ทั้งด้านผู้เรียน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนการบริหารงานบุคคล รวมถึงสนับสนุนและพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรให้มีทักษะ ความรู้ความสามารถเพื่อพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่ตลอดเวลา ผ่านแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลดังนี้ 1) การมีวิสัยทัศน์เกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคดิจิทัล 2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารบุคคล ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ 3) การส่งเสริมการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอน และ 4) การมีจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และสารสนเทศ The technological changes and innovations of the present day have significantly impacted the leadership roles of school administrators and the management styles within educational institutions. Modern technology in the digital era plays a crucial role in school administration. Therefore, school administrators must be prepared and adaptable to the current global changes. A review of relevant theories and research on leadership and school administration in the digital age found that administrators need to further develop their skills, knowledge, and digital leadership capabilities. Administrators must adapt, modify strategies, and broaden their vision to embrace modern technology in their internal processes and utilize diverse technological tools effectively. This approach ensures that the school management achieves its set goals in areas such as student development, educational activities, personnel management, and the enhancement of staff potential. This preparation will equip school administrators with the skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to cope with ongoing changes. The management of schools in the digital age involves the following aspects: 1) having a vision for changes in the digital age, 2) utilizing digital technology in school administration across four areas: general administration, personnel management, academic administration, and budget management, 3) promoting the use of technology in teaching and learning, and 4) upholding ethics in the use of digital technology and information.
