Abstract: วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ จำนวน 346 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามวิสัยทัศน์ รองลงมา คือ การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการเผยแพร่วิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการประเมินวิสัยทัศน์ ตามลำดับ 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีเจตคติทางบวก รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ด้านความสามารถในการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาโรงเรียน และด้านบรรยากาศการทำงาน ตามลำดับ 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำเชิงวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุรินทร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 The objectives of this thesis were 1) to study the visionary leadership level of administrators in the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office, 2) to study the effectiveness level of schools under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office, and 3) to study the relationship between the Executive Visionary Leadership and School Effectiveness under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office The sample groups used in this research were administrators and teachers. There were 346 persons under the Surin Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that : 1. Visionary Leadership of Executives Overall, it's at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the implementation of the vision, followed by the creation of the vision vision dissemination and vision assessment, respectively. 2. The effectiveness of schools under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office Overall, it's at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was the ability to develop students to have a positive attitude, followed by the ability to produce students to have high learning achievements. The ability to change and develop schools and working atmosphere, respectively 3. The Relationship between Executive Visionary Leadership and School Effectiveness It was found that the visionary leadership of administrators had a positive relationship with the effectiveness of schools under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office statistically significant 0.01
