Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study the academic leadership of school administrators, 2) study the student quality 3) study the correlation between the academic leadership of administrators and the student quality, and 4) develop a forecast equation for predicting the student quality of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Lampang and Lamphun. The sample for this research comprised 321 teachers in schools affiliated with the Secondary Education Service Area Office Lampang and Lamphun for the academic year 2023, which were selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability was 0.953. These statistical methods employed for data analysis included frequency, percentages, mean standard deviations, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicated as follows: 1) the academic leadership of school administrators demonstrated high level for overall performance, 2) the student quality demonstrated high level for overall performance, 3) the academic leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with a relatively high level to the student quality, and 4) the academic leadership of school administrators affecting to the student quality the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Lampang and Lamphun, which cloud forecasted by 60.50 percent with the statistical significance level at .01, as the forecast equation in raw score: Ŷ = 1.091 + 0.345(X5) + 0.200(X4) + 0.188(X1) and the forecast equation in standard score: Ẑ = 0.461(Zx5) + 0.229(Zx4) + 0.212(Zx1).
