The Relationship between Technological Leadership of School Administrators and Effectiveness of School Administration Under Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the technological leadership of school administrators, 2) the effectiveness of school administration, and 3) the relationship between the technological leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school administration under Secondary Education Area Office Chiang Rai. The samples used in this study were 310 teachers from schools under Secondary Education Area Office Chiang Rai. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan's table and was selected by using stratified random sampling based on schools size. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with 5 levels, with a validity by IOC value ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.850 Statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. The research revealed that: 1) the technological leadership status of school administrators was at a high level, 2) the effectiveness of school administration was at a high level, and 3) the relationship between the technological leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school administration under Secondary Education Area Office Chiang Rai was positively correlated with a high level at a significance level of .01
