Abstract:
A study of school management of administrators for inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3. The purposes of this research were to study and compare the management of administrators for inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified by education level and work experience. The sample group included school administrators and teachers at inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, academic year 2023. Sample size was determined by using the Krejci and Morgan formula (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970). Getting a sample size of 110 people using stratified random sampling (Stratified Random Sampling). Using schools for stratification. Then the proportions were determined according to the size of the population in each school and perform simple sampling (Simple Random Sampling). The tool used to collect data was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index of 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.94. Data were analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations, T-test independent, and one-way analysis of variance (OneWay Analysis of Variance). The study found that the management of administrators for Inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3 for the overall picture was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level. On the other hand, with the highest average was financial management supplies and property, followed by general management. And the area with the lowest average was personnel management. And the comparative results of school management of administrators for inclusive schools under Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 3 classified according to educational qualifications and work experience, for all 4 areas were not different
