Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study 21st century administrative skills of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Office Area 3, and 2) to compare 21st century administrative skills of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Office Area 3 by position and working experience. The subjects used in the research were school administrators and teachers. Under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Office Area 3 totaling 320 people. The tools used to collect data include questionnaires with 5 rating scales. The statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test and ANOVA (one way analysis of variances). Research findings revealed that 1) the management skills in 21st century administrative skills of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Office Area 3 Overall, it is at a high level. When looking at each aspect, it was found that the highest average was communication skills, followed by technology and digital skills, teamwork skills, and critical thinking and creative thinking skills. 2) Comparison of 21st century administrative skills of school administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Office Area 3, by position and work experience, there were statistically significant difference were found at the 0.05 level
