Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาศูนย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อำเภอ สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้จังหวัดน่าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูศูนย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อำเภอ รวมทั้งสิ้น 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และทำการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพ บว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาศูนย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อำเภอ สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้จังหวัดน่าน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีภาวะผู้นำและวิสัยทัศน์เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล รองลงมา คือ ด้านจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และด้านการสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหารงาน 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาศูนย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อำเภอ สังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้จังหวัดน่านตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ภาพรวมแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study and compare digital leadership of school in the district learning encouragement center under Nan province office learning encouragement. The samples used in the research were 150 teachers. The questionnaires were conducted on a 5-point rating Likert scale. The statistics are used to analyze data were frequency distribution table, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, and One-way ANOVA The results of this study were 1) a study of the digital leadership of school administrators in the district learning encouragement center under Nan province office learning encouragement. The overall picture is at a high level. The side with the highest average is The aspect of having leadership and vision in digital technology, followed by the aspect of ethics in using digital technology, Supporting teaching and learning using digital technology and the side with the lowest average is In terms of supporting the use of digital technology in administration 2) Results of comparing the digital leadership of school administrators in the district learning encouragement center under Nan province office learning encouragement. According to the teacher's opinion classified by educational background and classified according to work experience Overall, the difference is statistically significant at 0.05
