Executives Skill in the 21st Century in Education Network to Promote The Efficiency of Education Management in Special Education Centers Educational Areas in 8 Provinces in The Upper Northern Region
Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the skills of administrators in the 21st century in educational institutions, network groups promoting the efficiency of educational management centers, and special education districts in the upper northern region of 8 provinces. 2) To compare the skills of administrators in the 21st century in educational institutions, network groups promoted the efficiency of educational management centers, special education districts in the upper northern region of 8 provinces, categorized by educational level and work experience. The sample group consists of school directors or acting directors, assistant directors, and teachers in the network groups promoting the efficiency of educational management centers, special education districts, in district 8. A total of 248 individuals were randomly sampled and proportioned according to the population size in each center. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The statistical analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test, and One-way ANOVA. Scheffes method is used for post-hoc analysis when significant differences are found. The research findings are as follows: 1. The skills of administrators in the 21st century in educational institutions, network groups promoting the efficiency of educational management centers, special education districts in district 8 of the upper northern region of 8 provinces, are generally at a high level in all aspects. When considering each aspect, interpersonal skills are the highest, followed by creativity, communication, vision, and technology skills being the lowest. 2. Comparing opinions on the skills of administrators in the 21st century in educational institutions, network groups promoting the efficiency of educational management centers, special education districts in district 8 of the upper northern region of 8 provinces, categorized by educational level and work experience, overall and in each aspect, there were no statistically significant differences at the. 05 level. However, when considering technology skills, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level.
