Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to study the management skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century. And to compare the management skills of school administrators in the 21st century. According to the teacher's perception under the jurisdiction of the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, classified by educational level. Work experience and size of educational institution the sample group includes 316 civil servant teachers in the academic year 2023. Using a multi-stage random sampling method. Research tools are a questionnaire. A 5-level rating scale, with the index of consistency between questions being between 0.67-1.00, the confidence value being 0.97. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test (t-test) samples are independent of each other.
