Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาทักษะในการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะในการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 โดยจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู ปีการศึกษา 2566 ได้จำนวน 316 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามมีค่าระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t (t-test) แบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอิสระต่อกัน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว จากผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ทักษะในการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู โดยรวมและรายด้านมีทักษะในการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู อยู่ในระดับดีมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทักษะในการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ทักษะด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มากที่สุด รองลงมา ทักษะด้านการเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี ทักษะด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ทักษะด้านการเป็นนักคิดวิเคราะห์ และทักษะด้านการสื่อสารน้อยที่สุด ตามลำดับ 2) จากการเปรียบเทียบ ทักษะในการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to study the management skills of educational institution administrators in the 21st century. And to compare the management skills of school administrators in the 21st century. According to the teacher's perception under the jurisdiction of the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, classified by educational level. Work experience and size of educational institution the sample group includes 316 civil servant teachers in the academic year 2023. Using a multi-stage random sampling method. Research tools are a questionnaire. A 5-level rating scale, with the index of consistency between questions being between 0.67-1.00, the confidence value being 0.97. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test (t-test) samples are independent of each other. One-way analysis of variance from the research results, it was found that 1) administrative skills in the 21st century of educational institution administrators According to the teacher's perception Overall and each aspect Have management skills in the 21st century for school administrators. According to the teacher's perception it's at a very good level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the management skills in the 21st century of school administrators Arranged from highest to lowest, creativity skills were the most, followed by leadership skills. Skills in using technology Vision skills, Analytical thinking skills and least communication skills, respectively. 2) From a comparison of educational institution administrators' management skills in the 21st century. According to the teacher's perception Classified by educational level Work experience was found to be not significantly different at the .05 level, and the size of the educational institution was found to be significantly different at the .05 level.
