Abstract:
The research aimed to study Innovativeness affecting purchasing flexibility in the automotive parts industry, Chonburi province. ,to study the degree of purchasing flexibility in the automotive parts industry, Chonburi province. And to study buyer and supplier relationships affecting purchasing flexibility in the automotive parts industry, Chonburi province. Which is a quantitative research. By there are 237 participants of this research are managers or purchasing staffs of automotive parts industry, Chonburi province. which the descriptive statistics were used to analyze data including frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis by the forward selection and backward elimination method with statistically significance difference at 0.05. The results showed that 1) Innovation capability has a high impact on purchasing flexibility. with an average sum of 3.75 2) Most of the respondents had the highest level of opinion on the overall purchasing flexibility has an overall average of 4.51 3) Relationship variables between buyers and suppliers it consists of 4 independent variables: innovation capability, cooperation, trust, and commitment. There is a positive direct relationship with flexibility only for the trust variable. Therefore, it can be concluded that As the relationship between buyers and suppliers increases The flexibility of purchasing is also increased through trust variables.
