This business plan outlines a comprehensive feasibility study that minimizes business risks and maximizes potential returns through market analysis, target audience definition, and product development tailored for this specific clientele. A thorough internal and external market analysis will be conducted to identify opportunities and challenges within the competitive landscape. This analysis will serve as the foundation for developing a strategic roadmap for Aktina by Vicharas success. In-depth market research will define our ideal customer profile, focusing on high-net-worth individuals. Aktina by Vichara will then design and develop products and services specifically tailored to this audience, aiming to differentiate ourselves through a unique value proposition. The initial project investment of 280,000,000 baht is secured through a 50/50 split of the owners funds and outsourced funding. Extensive financial modeling has been conducted to analyze worst-case, normal, and best-case scenarios.
