Upgrading the quality of Thai teachers by using Learning Management Innovation contemplative education to develop the spirituality of new teachers for the digital world of the future

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1 ) to develop guidelines for raising the quality of Thai teachers by using innovative contemplative education learning management to develop the teaching spirit of the new generation of teachers into the digital world in the future. 2 ) To develop the teaching spirit of the new generation of teachers. From using guidelines to raise the quality of Thai teachers by using innovative learning management, contemplative education and 3) To study the results of using a guideline to improve the quality of Thai teachers by using an innovation in contemplative education learning management to develop the teacher's spirit of the new generation of teachers into the digital world in the future. The research and development method is divided into 4 phases: Phase 1 surveys necessary needs and study basic concepts in development Innovative learning management of contemplative education to develop the spirit of teachers. Phase 2: Develop innovation of contemplative education to promote the spirit of teachers. Phase 3: Experiment with innovations of contemplative education to develop the spirit of teachers. Phase 4: Study the results and improving the innovation of contemplative education and promoting the spirit of being a teacher. The sample group was 255 new teachers, obtained through purposive selection using t-test statistics.
The results of the research was that :1) Guidelines for using innovative contemplative education to promote the spirit of being a teacher. In terms of paradigm, there are 3 characteristics: 1 ) organizing learning in the teaching profession It is a low brain wave setting. Characteristics of learning management It will be integrated into learning management in the teaching profession of related subjects. Ideology and spirit of being a teacher, teaching science, curriculum and learning management and practice teaching professional experience 2) Training is organized by the Contemplative Education Program, which has 5 components, including the principles of the program. Aim of the program program content Training format of the program and measurement and evaluation of the program The training activities are designed into 3 modules. And 3) new generation teachers who learn by using conscience education innovations to promote the teaching spirit of new generation teachers in order to raise the quality of production and develop teachers for the future world. Teacher spirit after learning was higher than before learning at the statistical significance level of .05.
