Abstract:
This research aims to 1) Study the level of organization management under Educational Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) on the work efficiency of staff at Burapha University. 2) Study the level of work efficiency of staff at Burapha University. 3) Compare level of the work efficiency of staff at Burapha University categorized by personal factors and 4) Study organization management under Educational Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) on the work efficiency of staff at Burapha University by collected data from 358 staff at Burapha University. The research instruments included questionnaires and statistical analysis methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that 1) the organization management under Educational Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) on the work efficiency of staff at Burapha University in general were at a high level, when descending order are Category 1: Leadership, Category 2: Strategy, Category 3: Customers, Category 4: Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Category 5: Workforce and Category 6: Operations. 2) The work efficiency of staff at Burapha University in general were at a high level when descending order they are quantity, quality, costs and time. 3) Comparative analysis of the levels of work efficiency of staff at Burapha University categorized by personal factors found that there were no significant differences in general efficiency based on gender, educational level, work experience and types of university personnel. However, there were differences based on managerial positions. 4) organization management under Educational Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) together they predicted the level of the work efficiency variables of staff at Burapha University at 52.10% significantly significant. Statistics at 0.01 and the factors with the highest effect on work efficiency are Workforce, followed by Strategy and Operations System.
