Abstract:
This research examines the effects of fairness toward trust on wholesaler pharmacies in the supply chain. The type of this research is mixed research. The population is retail pharmacy operators which are allowed to sell dangerous drugs (Khor Yor. 1) and wholesaler pharmacies in Thailand. The research collects data from the sample group by means of distributing online questionnaires and proactive questionnaires which were collected randomly at pharmacies in Muang District, Nonthaburi Province. Data was analyzed and used as the interview questions with wholesaler pharmacies entrepreneur. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1. To study the impact of business fairness of wholesaler drugstores on trust and loyalty of retail pharmacies. 2. To study the results of trust, loyalty, and recommendations by Word of Mouth of retail drugstores that will affect the survival of wholesaler drugstores. 3. To suggest ways to adapt for business survival for wholesaler drugstores amidst the intense competition of the pharmaceutical business in today's era. From the results of the study, it was found that Distributive Fairness factor significantly affected the trust factor at .399 at the confidence level of 0.05. However ; when compared to the procedural fairness factor which significantly affected the trust factor at .419 at the confidence level of 0.05, it can be seen that the procedural fairness factor had a greater effect on the trust variable. In terms of the trust factor which significantly affected the customer loyalty factor, it is at .501 at the confidence level of 0.05. While the effect of trust factor on Recommendation by Word-of-Mouth factor is at .717 with significance at the confidence level of 0.05.
