Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate Thai and non-Thai teachers' beliefs and attitudes towards the use of peer assessment; 2) compare the beliefs and attitudes towards the use of peer assessment of Thai and non-Thai teachers; and 3) explore possible reasons affecting the Thai and non-Thai teachers' beliefs and attitudes towards the use of peer assessment in their real classroom practices. The study was conducted with 5 Thai and 5 foreign instructors and 250 Thai students. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect the data. The descriptive statistics and content analysis were used to analyze the data. The results revealed that teachers' beliefs, experiences, and cultures possibly influence the teachers' preferences toward the use of peer feedback in the presentation course. Pedagogical implications for EFL oral presentation instruction were also provided.

Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความเชื่อและทัศนคติของครูไทยและครูชาวต่างประเทศที่มีต่อการประเมินโดยการใช้ข้อมูลป้อนจากเพื่อน 2) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้านความเชื่อและทัศนคติของครูไทยและครูขาวต่างประเทศที่มีต่อการประเมินโดยการใช้ข้อมูลป้อนจากเพื่อน 3) ศึกษาเหตุผลที่เป็นทำให้เกิดความความเชื่อและทัศนคติที่แตกต่างของครูไทยและครูชาวต่างประเทศที่มีต่อการประเมินโดยการใช้ข้อมูลป้อนจากเพื่อนโดยการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ทำการศึกษากับครูผู้สอนชาวไทยจำนวน 5 คน ผู้สอนชาวต่างประเทศ 5 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหามีการนำแบบสอบถามการสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์มาใช้เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกมากขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความเชื่อของครูผู้สอนประสบการณ์ และวัฒนธรรม อาจมีอิทธิพลต่อความชอบของการใช้ข้อมูล ป้อนกลับโดยเพื่อนในการนำเสนอผลงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โดยมีการเสนอแนะการนำผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนการการนำเสนอผลงานเป็นภาษาต่างประเทศอีกด้วย
