ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are 1) To study the competencies of early
childhood teachers in learning management in Roi Et province. 2) To develop the
professional competencies of early childhood teachers in learning management using
learning management innovations. In Roi Et Province and 3) To develop the
potential of early childhood teachers according to their competencies in
learning management using innovation. Learning Management In Roi Et Province
Subjects include primary teachers. This is obtained by means of a simple sampling
method (Simple random sampling) Number The tools used in the study include a
learning management manual.Using innovative learning management Pre- and posttraining tests using learning management innovations and teacher satisfaction
assessmentsEarly childhood towards learning managem ent using learning
management innovation Statistics used to analyze the data include the mean
standard deviation. Percentages and values t test Using statistical packages. The
findings are summarized as follows:
1. Competencies of early childhood teachers in learning management
in Roi Et province as a whole are the most extinguished. It has an average of 4.54
with a standard deviation of 0.57. It was found that learning measurement and
evaluation was at the highest level, followed by the use of media, innovation and
learning management technology at the highest level and the organization of
learning experiences at the highest level. respectively
2. Development of professional competencies of early childhood
teachers in learning management Using innovative learning management In Roi Et
province, which has the effectiveness of early childhood teaching activities in the

3. Capacity Development of Early Childhood Teachers Based on
