Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาการบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวแพที่พักแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในเขื่อนแม่งัดสมบูรณ์ชล จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ประกอบด้วย 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทและศักยภาพบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวของแพที่พักแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) เพื่อศึกษาถึงความพึงพอใจและความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้มาเยือนที่มีต่อการบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวของแพที่พักแรม 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวแพที่พักแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เขื่อนแม่งัดสมบูรณ์ชล อุทยานแห่งชาติศรีลานนา จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวธรรมชาติทางน้ำที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ ส่งผลให้เกิดการพัฒนาการบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวในรูปแบบแพร้านอาหารในปี พ.ศ. 2527 ต่อมาได้มีการพัฒนาเป็นแพที่พักแรม ซึ่งสามารถดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ในส่วนพฤติกรรมทางการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้มาเยือน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีภูมิลำเนามากจากจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และจังหวัดใกล้เคียง โดยมีผู้ร่วมทางเฉลี่ย 7 คน และเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อน ใช้ระยะเวลาในการท่องเที่ยว 2 วัน 1 คืน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่ต้องการกลับมาท่องเที่ยวซ้ำ สำหรับแรงจูงใจในการเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว คือ ต้องการพักผ่อนหย่อนใจในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติทางน้ำ และต้องการสัมผัสธรรมชาติทางน้ำที่สวยงาม ด้านความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวและผู้มาเยือน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเฉพาะด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจของทรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติ (Attraction) มีค่ามากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากรผู้บริการ (Staff) ด้านกิจกรรมนันทนาการและการท่องเที่ยว (Activity) ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (Amenities) ด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) เรียงตามลำดับ การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environment Management) ในส่วนแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวแพที่พักแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่า ควรพัฒนาด้านการจัดการบริการทางการท่องเที่ยวของแพที่พักแรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environment Management) มีความสำคัญเร่งด่วนมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ การพัฒนาด้านบุคลากรผู้บริการการท่องเที่ยวของแพที่พักแรม (Staff) การพัฒนาด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (Amenities) การพัฒนาด้านกิจกรรมนันทนาการและการท่องเที่ยว (Activity) การพัฒนาด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) และการพัฒนาด้านความดึงดูดใจของทรัพยากรทางธรรมชาติโดยรอบแพที่พักแรม (Attraction) ตามลำดับ

Abstract: The research titled ‘The Development of Eco-Friendly Travel Services of Floating Houses in The Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Dam, Chiang Mai Province’ employed quantitative and qualitative research. The objectives were: 1) to study the context and potential of eco-friendly travel services of floating houses; 2) to study the satisfaction and needs of tourists and visitors towards the travel services of floating houses. 3) to propose guidelines for the development of travel services of floating houses. The findings showed that The Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Dam, Srilanna National Park, Chiang Mai Province has an abundant natural water for tourist attractions. This resulted in the development of tourism services in the form of a floating restaurant in 1984. Later, it was developed into a floating house which was able to continuously attract tourists. Regarding the tourism behavior among tourists and visitors, it was found that the majority of respondents were domiciled from Chiang Mai and nearby provinces and traveled with an average of 7 participants and a group of friends. The duration of the trip was 2 days 1 night and the majority wanted to come back to travel again. The motivation for travel was for relaxing in the natural environment and for experiencing the beautiful surroundings. In terms of the satisfaction of tourists and visitors revealed a high level of satisfaction. In particular, the attractions of natural resources showed the highest level, followed by the service standard of staffs, recreation and tourism activities, amenities, and safety respectively. Regarding to an environment management, in terms of development guidelines for eco-friendly travel services of floating houses, it was found that eco-friendly travel services management of floating houses should be the priority development activity followed by the development of staffs who provide travel services at the floating houses amenities development the development of recreation and tourism activity safety development and the development of natural attractions around the floating houses respectively.
