The Relationship between Technological Leadership of School Administrators and The Effectiveness of Teachers' Work, Charity School of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) the technological leadership of educational institution administrators, charity school of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province 2) the effectiveness of teachers' work, Charity School of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province 3) the relationship between technological leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of teachers' work, Charity School of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province. Sample groups include There were Administrators, and teachers Charity schools of Buddhist temples, Lampang Province. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane, 1973. The sampling error was set at .05, resulting in a total sample of 127 people and Simple Random Sampling was performed comparing the proportions according to the population size of each school. The instruments used are questionnaires and a 5-level rating scale. The Index of Item Objective Congruence value was in the range of 0.67 -1.00 and confidence values of .983. Statistics for analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation and analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research found that 1) the technological leadership of educational institution administrators, charity school of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province, overall including each aspect was at a high level; 2) the level of effectiveness of teachers' work, Charity School of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province Overall, and each aspect was at a high level. 3) the relationship between technological leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of teachers' work, Charity School of Buddhist Temples, Lampang Province, All aspects have a positive relationship statistically significant at the .05 level.
