Relationship Between Academic Leadership of School Administrators and Being a Professional Learning Community of Schools under Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of academic leadership of school administrators. under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to study the level of being a professional learning community of school Under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 3) to study the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and being a professional learning community of educational institutions Under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The sample size was calculated by using the G*Power version 3.1 program. The sample group were 138 teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, academic year 2022. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire with Cronbachs alpha coefficient of .985. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Academic leadership of school administrators Under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall level was at a high level. 2) Being a professional learning community of school Under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the overall level was at a high level. 3) Academic leadership of school administrators had a moderate positive correlation with being a professional learning community of school under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 (r = .589) had statistically significant at the .01 level.
