Abstract:
The objective of the research was to study the role of crisis management for administrators in school at Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and to compare the role of crisis management for administrators in school at Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which classified by their ages, levels of education, and durations of work. The sample consisted of the 317 teachers in Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, academic year 2022. By Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis were One-way Analysis of Variance (One-Way ANOVA) and Fishers LSD. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The role of crisis management for administrators in school at Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in an overall picture was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, the highest average is the Support for professional development, followed by the Inspirational Motivation, Human Relations, Decision Making, Change Management and Collaboration in order. The lowest average is the Communication. 2) The results of the comparative analysis of the role of crisis management for administrators in school at Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which classified by their ages, levels of education, and durations of work, are found that teachers with age levels of education, and durations of work, There are opinions on the role of crisis management for administrators in school at Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
