School Administration in Accordance with The Guidelines for The Administration of Basic Education for The Employment of Educational Institutions under The Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the conditions of school administration by the guidelines for basic education for the employment of educational opportunity extension Institutions under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to study the suggestion of school administration by the guidelines for the administration of primary education for the employment of educational opportunity extension institutions under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population used in the study consisted of 20 school administrators and head of the learning group of educational institutions to expand educational opportunities. The samples were 160 students under the Office of Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area 1, and the sample group was determined from the head population of learning selected using Krejcie and Morgan tables form purposive sampling resulted in a sample of 113 people. The instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in this study were percentage, means and standard deviation, frequency. The study found that 1) school administration by the guidelines for the administration of primary education for the employment of educational institutions under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level, 2) the results of the suggestion for the administration of primary education for the employment of educational institutions under the Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that the cost of budget distribution is the highest frequency and the distribution channel of student goods is limited to the lowest frequency.
