Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1. study the process of Co-production public services in the development of a potential model sufficiency economy village of Ban Tam Phra Lae Moo 11, Ban Tam Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phayao Province and 2. study the model of Co-production of public services in the development of sufficient economy villages of Ban Tam Phra Lae. Moo 11, Ban Tam Subdistrict, Muang District, Phayao Province. The research method was in accordance with qualitative research regulations. Research data collection uses semi-structured in-depth interviews with key informants, and data analysis uses content analysis techniques. The study found that Tam Phra Lae village attaches importance to collaboration in activities in all stages under the resolution of the meeting to reach a conclusion. Everyone will participate in the process, from planning, design. Selection, management and evaluation of improvements to Co-production public services more effective. There are two recommendations from the research: 1) Research has shown that village leaders play an important role in driving change and community development. Therefore, the new generation should be drawn into the role of co-production of public services in all aspects of the village 2) There should be more research on the concept of "coproduction"
