Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to under the Office of Phrae Primary Educational Service Area 1 and to compare the opinions of teachers towards administrative skills of school administrators. Under the Office of Phrae Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by gender Work experience and the size of the school. The sample group was 254 teachers in educational institutions under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area 1, totaling 254 people. Craigie and Morgan Stratified random sampling was used to determine the proportion according to the size of the school population. Stratified random sampling was used to determine the proportion according to the size of the school population. The instrument used was a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire with a concordance index between 0.67-1.00 and a confidence value of 0.974. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean standard deviation, T-test, F-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) when statistically significant differences were found, they were tested individually by Scheffe's method. The research findings were as follows: 1) Teachers' opinions on administrative skills of school administrators Under the Office of Phrae Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level. 2) The comparative effect of teachers' opinions on administrative skills of school administrators under the Office of Phrae Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by gender, work experience and the size of the school It was found that there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level.
