Abstract:
The objectives of this research were study 1) the level of employees opinions regarding the applying of the principles of Dhamma Iddhipada 4, 2) the level of work performance, 3) the relationship between the applying of the principles of Dhamma Iddhipada 4 and work performance, and 4) the applying of the principles of Dhamma Iddhipada 4 affecting work performance. This research sample group consisted of 159 employees of Bang Sue Jia Meng Fire Mill Co., Ltd. The tool for data collecting was a questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis.
The research results found that 1) the level of overall opinions regarding the Dhamma Itthipatha 4 was at a high level, 2) the level of overall opinions regarding work performance was at a high level, 3) the relationship between the Dhamma Itthipatha 4 and the overall work performance of employees found to have a low level related, and 4) the results of multiple regression analysis on the principles of Dhamma Iddhipada 4 in the aspects of Chantha, Viriya, Chitta and Vimansa affected on the work performance of employees with a statistically significant at 0.05 level.
