Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of creative leadership of school administrators in Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization. 2) Compare creative leadership of school administrators in Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization classified by educational background, work experience and size of the school, and 3) study the guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators in Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization.
Examples of this research were school administrators and teachers in the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization, a total of 137 participants, who were obtained by using the Stratified Random Sampling method. The research tool used in the questionnaire was a 5-level, estimation scale has a confidence value of .94 and the statistical analysis of the data is percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and F-Test.
The results of the research revealed that:
1. The level of creative leadership of school administrators in Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization Overall, it is at a high level.
2. Compare creative leadership of school administrators in Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization Classified by Work Experience Overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, classified by school size Overall, the difference was statistically significant at the .01 level and classified by educational background was not different.
3. Guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators in the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Administrative Organization as follows: 1) Flexibility and adaptability Should modify the work process in a variety of ways. 2) The aspect of having a vision should determine the vision, mission and strategy of school that are consistent and up-to-date with the current and future situations. 3) The creative side, there should be initiative, creativity, bringing new things or methods and creating new innovations in management. 4) The imagination, there should always be a work plan to create new things in school. 5) The aspect of taking into account the individuality, treat co-workers with equal consideration for individual differences. 6) Teamwork, should foster a work environment that encourages collaboration.
