Abstract:
The study aimed to: 1) study the academic leadership in the 21st century of supervisor in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen 2) compare the opinions of school administrators. and head of the subject group regarding the academic leadership in the 21st century of supervisor in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen classified by position operational experience and School size; and 3) study recommendations and guidelines for the development of academic leadership in the 21st century of supervisor in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen, The sample used in this research were 309 school administrators. and the head of the learning materials group in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen, set the sample size using the sample size table of Krejcie and Moegan.The 43questionnaires were interviewed with the confidence value of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and analysis of variance. When a statistically significant difference was found The double difference test was performed by the Scheffe method.
The research findings were as follows:
1. Academic leadership in the 21st century of supervisor in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen, overall at the high level.
2. School administrators and heads of learning subjects with operational experience positions and school size establishments have opinions on the academic leadership in the 21st century of supervisor in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen different.
3. Suggestions and development guidelines academic leadership in the 21st century of supervisor in secondary education service area office Ubonratchathani Amnatcharoen, Supervisors should learn and understand the problems in each area. To define the development model by being the originator of easy ideas and convenient and fast operations in accordance with the 21st century; And through digital technology by going down to the school area to guide assist in educational work with goals and should provide opportunities for administrators and teachers to evaluate the performance of the supervisor. In order for the supervisors to adjust accordingly which leads to an understanding of the context of each school In this regard, the supervisors invite various experts. Come to give advice and help in the administration and management of education in the 21st century and have a positive communication. They have to use technology for communication both in supervision as well as providing training and seminars on information technology to develop oneself to have more knowledge promote working cooperation to create a network of knowledge exchange. And bring results to coordinate activities or the past project can be used as a working lesson and revise further educational development.
