Abstract: การวิจัยแนวทางยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการของบุคลากรแผนกโยธาธิการและขนส่ง แขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการให้บริการด่านชั่งน้ำหนักของบุคลากรแผนกโยธาธิการและขนส่ง แขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการของบุคลากรแผนกโยธาธิการและขนส่ง แขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสม (Mix Research) โดยใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย จำนวน 17 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการให้บริการด่านชั่งน้ำหนักของบุคลากรแผนกโยธาธิการและขนส่ง แขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านบุคลากรโยธาธิการและขนส่งมีความรู้มีความสามารถเหมาะสมกับงาน ด้านงบประมาณที่ได้รับการจัดสรรมีการตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ มีความเข้าใจในการใช้เครื่องมือและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการบริหารจัดการมีการทำงานเป็นทีมถูกต้องตามระเบียบกฎหมายดำรัสที่เกี่ยวข้อง แนวทางยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการของบุคลากรแผนกโยธาธิการและขนส่ง แขวงจำปาสัก สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว พบว่าด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการวางแผนต้องกำหนดไว้อย่างชัดเจนเพื่อให้เกิดผลในทางปฏิบัติ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานควรมีการวางแผนส่งเสริม และสนับสนุน การพัฒนาศักยภาพ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถการใช้ทรัพยากรต้องให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการให้บริการเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกมีความใส่ใจในการให้บริการแก่ประชาชน Research on ways to improve service quality of personnel in the Public Works and Transport Department, Champasak Province, Lao PDR. Objective to study the condition of weighing checkpoint service personnel of the Public Works and Transport Department and to study the ways to improve the service quality of personnel in the Public Works and Transport Department This research was a mixed research using questionnaires and interview research tools. The sample group consisted of 400 people and the target group was 17 people. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: The condition of the weighing checkpoint service of personnel of the Public Works and Transport Department, Champasak Province, Lao PDR, as a whole, has a high level of opinion. Public works and transport personnel have knowledge and abilities suitable for the job. Allocated budgets are checked for accuracy. Material and equipment understand the use of tools and equipment Management has to work as a team. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. Guidelines for improving service quality of personnel in the Public Works and Transport Department, Champasak Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic found that the planning competence must be clearly defined for practical results. In terms of knowledge and ability to work, there should be a plan to promote and support the development of potential. In terms of knowledge and abilities, resource utilization must be carried out in the most efficient manner. In terms of knowledge and ability to provide services to enhance awareness and to pay attention to service to people.
