Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition 2) to compare the management condition according to the good governance of the school administrators classified by gender, position and work experience, and 3) to study the management approach according to the good governance of the school administrators. school administrators The samples used in this research were School administrators of 97 people, teachers of 354 people, a total of 451 people, which were obtained by using stratified random sampling. The size of the school was stratified and the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan were used to determine the sample size. The tools used in the research consisted of item survey There were 60 questions on the 5-level estimation scale questionnaire and 6 open-ended questionnaires The confidence value of the whole test was .976 The statistics used in the data analysis were as follows: finding the percentage averaging Deviation determination, t-test and f-test and analyze the differences in pairs.
The results showed that
1. Conditions and guidelines for management according to the principles of good governance of educational institution administrators Under the Ubon Ratchathani Secondary Education Service Area Office, Amnat Charoen overall and in each aspect were at a high level.
2. The results of the comparison of the management conditions according to the principles of good governance of the administrators of the educational institutions classified by location And classified by work experience, it was found that overall and each aspect were significantly different at the .01 level.
