Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study administrative behaviors according to Brahmavihara 4 principles of educational institute administrators according to The opinions of teachers 2) Comparison of administrative behavior according to Brahmavihara 4 of the school administrators. According to the opinions of teachers classified by gender, position, work experience 3) To study the guidelines for promoting administrative behavior according to the Brahma Vihar 4 principles, namely 97 school administrators, 354 teachers, total 451 of which were obtained. with a split sampling method. The tools used in the research consisted of item survey There were 40 questions on the 5-level estimation scale questionnaire and 4 open-ended questionnaires with test confidence values ranging from .898 to .987. The statistics used in the data analysis were as follows: Finding the Average Percentage Deviation determination, t-test and f-test
The results showed that
1. Administration behavior according to Brahmawihan 4 principles of educational institute administrators according to the opinions of teachers under the Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen Secondary Education Service Area Office Overall, it was at a moderate level.
2. The results of the comparison of management behaviors according to the 4 Brahma Vihara principles classified by sex found that overall and each aspect were not different. Except for mercy and kindness, the difference was statistically significant at .01 classified by position. It was found that overall and each aspect was not different. Except for muttita, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level, while the equanimity was statistically different at the .01 level and classified by work experience. 3.
