Abstract:
The purposes of this research aim to 1) study the level of opinions about the operational digital technology using, 2) study the level of opinion about work performance and 3) study digital technology using effected on employee work performance of the Land Development Department. The population used in this study was the 86 officers of Planning Division, Land Development Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Population Mean, Variance and Multiple Regression.
The results were as follows: 1) The most of Land Development Department officers are female (77.90%), between the ages of 43 57 years old (Gen X) (43%) , graduated with the highest degree of bachelor's degree (58.13%), and have more than 21 years of work experience (33.72%) 2) The overall opinions about operational digital technology using of officers was at moderate level, 3) The overall opinions about the work performance of officers was at a high level, and 4) the result of multiple regression analysis found that operational digital technology aspect: the basic digital tools or applications for work and the digital using for collaboration effected on the overall work performance of officers at statistically significant level of 0.05
