Abstract:
This research aimed 1) to study personal factors the level of opinion about the
work motivation factors hygiene factors and engagement of employee at Nomjitt
Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 2) to compare personal factors with engagement of employee at Nomjitt Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 3) to study the relationship between work motivation factors and engagement of employee at Nomjitt Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 4) to study the relationship between work hygiene factors and engagement of employee at Nomjitt Manufacturing Co., Ltd. This study sample was 118 Employees. The tool used for collecting data was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentile, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
This results showed : 1) the level of opinion about the work motivation factors
and engagement of employee were at high level, and the work hygiene factors were
at moderate level, 2) comparing personal factors with engagement of employee no
difference, 3) the relationship between work motivation factors and engagement of
employee had positive correlation at high level, and 4) the relationship between work hygiene factors aspects; job security and management and command and engagement of employee had positive correlation at high level, with statistical significance 0.01 level.
