Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to find out motivation factors affecting employee engagement of Bangpakok 9 International Hospital. A sample of consisted 400 respondents cases were drawn from employees of Bangpakok 9 International Hospital, using accidental sampling. The research instruments were distributed questionnaire, was used for data analysis data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, anova and statistical correlation of Pearson to test the relationship between motivation and engagement of employees Bangpakok 9 International Hospital to test the hypothesis.
The results showed the employees of Bangpakok 9 International Hospital that most were female, aged between 31-40 years, married and graduated with bachelors degree. The respondents of General Administrative Officer position had been working for 6-10 years and they made 15,000-25,000 Baht per month. The decision mix factor that was most influenced was career with good job security and growth opportunities in the future, however, they wanted a good working environment. The decision medium factor that influenced the decision was higher salary and employee engagement with the organization. The decision that was important that influenced the decision was higher salary and they wanted employee engagement with the organization. Finally, everyone wanted to have good feelings with the organization and good relationships with the supervisors or workmate.
