Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to explore the personal factors of customers at First Express Southern partnership limited; 2) to study the quality that affect efficiency transportation performance of First Express Southern partnership limited; and 3) to study efficiency transportation performance of First Express Southern partnership limited. The sample group was 400 people with purposive sampling and using a questionnaire as a research tool. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean and standard deviation and the hypothesis testing used Chi-square statistics.
The results of the study showed that the most customers were female, general public, aged between 20 30 years, used the service for transport cloths and hold bachelors degree. Most of customers gave opinions that the efficiency transportation performance of First Express Southern partnership limited is in high level. In addition, the researcher found that hypothesis testing revealed that the personal factors of transportation were not related to efficiency transportation performance of First Express Southern partnership limited but the quality factors of transportation were related to efficiency transportation performance of First Express Southern partnership limited.
