Abstract: บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความหมายเชิงสัญญะที่ปรากฏในศิลปะการแสดงสื่อผสมจากพิธีกรรมการบวชป่าของชาวล้านนาเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ศึกษาจากการสร้างสรรค์การแสดงชุด สืบชะตา นำเสนอในรูปแบบภาพยนตร์สั้น โดยใช้การเล่าเรื่องแบบศิลปะการแสดงร่วมสมัยผ่านลีลาการร่ายรำ การฟ้อน การละคร และดนตรี มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 5 ฉากความยาวรวมทั้งหมด 10.13 นาที ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สัญญะที่ปรากฏในศิลปะการแสดงสื่อผสม สามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1. สัญญะที่ปรากฏผ่านฉาก ประกอบด้วย อุปกรณ์ประกอบฉาก ฉากและสถานที่ในการแสดง 2. สัญญะที่ปรากฏผ่านตัวละคร ประกอบด้วย เครื่องแต่งกาย การแสดงออกทางสีหน้า ท่าทางและการเคลื่อนไหว 3. สัญญะที่ปรากฏผ่านดนตรี ประกอบด้วย เสียงประกอบ เสียงดนตรี และเครื่องดนตรี 4. สัญญะปรากฎผ่านภาพ ประกอบด้วย มุมกล้อง สีสันและการจัดแสง และการจัดองค์ประกอบภาพ ซึ่งมิติของสัญญะที่ปรากฎทั้ง 4 ด้านนี้สามารถเชื่อมโยงพิธีกรรมการบวชป่าที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงภูมิปัญญาของชุมชนล้านนาในการสร้างกุศโลบายเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ โดยการนำเอาความคิดและพิธีกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา การเคารพต่อวิญญาณ อำนาจของสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์และสิ่งเหนือธรรมชาติ มาเป็นเครื่องกำหนดความหมายทางด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์กับธรรมชาติ ผ่านการสร้างความหมายและการนำเสนอในรูปแบบใหม่ This research article aimed to analyze the sign's meaning, which was found in the mixed media performance created from the ritual forest ordination for the conservation of natural resources. By studying the performance creation "Sueb Chata" presented in a short film, navigate the contemporary performance through northern dance, theatre, and music features five scenes in 10.12 minutes long. The study revealed four different kinds of signs found in the mixed media performance consisting of 1) the sign appearing throughout the scene, including the properties, set, and performance space. 2) the sign appearing throughout the characters, including costumes, facial expressions, gestures, and physical movements. 3) the sign appearing throughout the music, including sound effects, music, and musical instruments. And 4) the sign appearing throughout the visual presentation, including camera angle, coloring and lighting, and screen composition. The dimensions of the four appearing signs were able to connect to the ritual of forest ordination, which reflects Lanna's wisdom to strategize the conservation of natural resources by using the ideal tradition of Buddhism, spiritual respect, and supernatural might to create signs of the relation between man and nature through the interpretation and representation.
