Abstract:
This article demonstrates enhancing team performance in problem-solving endeavors, particularly within the context of the business planning and decision-making. The study focuses the significance of employing effective problem-solving techniques within a team framework. By emphasizing the role of collaborative teamwork, the research demonstrates its potential in problem-solving outcomes, particularly in scenarios involving the business planning and decision-making. A central focus of the study is the connection between team support and its influence on the efficacy of problem-solving endeavors. The article emphasizes the correlation between effective problem-solving strategies and their impact on generating income from total sales within a business simulation. Through a comprehensive analysis, the study reveals the intricate interplay between team dynamics, problem-solving, and the achievement of optimal company profit. Moreover, the research presents a comparative analysis involving two distinct demographic systems: one comprising high school team-based participants, and the other consisting of bachelor's degree team-based participants. By examining the outcomes yielded by these two demographic groups, the research provides valuable insights into the potential variations in problem-solving effectiveness based on educational backgrounds
