Operational Condition of Student Support System in Border Schools Located in Sisaket Province under the Sisaket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office

-The objectives of this research were 1) to study the operating conditions of the student support system, 2) to compare the operating conditions of the student support system, and 3) to study the development of the student support system in border schools located in Sisaket Province under the Sisaket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office with a sample of administrators and teachers. A total of 210 people were obtained by stratification random. The research instrument was a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.958. The statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation t-test, F-test, and multiple comparisons using Scheffe ́s Method.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall operating conditions of the student support system in border schools located in Sisaket Province under the Sisaket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office were at a high level. The highest average was student protection and support, followed by knowing students individually, and the least was student referrals. 2) The comparison of operating conditions of the student support system in border schools located in Sisaket Province under the Sisaket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office revealed that administrators and teachers with different positions, educational qualifications, work experience, and schools sizes were not different. 3) Guidelines for the development of a system of support for students in border schools located in Sisaket Province under the Sisaket-Yasothon Secondary Education Service Area Office in terms of knowing students individually, educational institutions should systematically collect information on students' special abilities. Student Screening Educational institutions should systematically analyze student data obtained from individual student data collection. In terms of student promotion and development, activities should be organized to promote and develop students following the school policy. Prevention and Problem-Solving Schools should closely monitor at-risk and distressed students. Forwarded students should receive the right and fast help.
