Administrative Skills of School Administrators Affecting the Efficiency of Learning Management of Teachers in the 21st Century under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The result :
-The purposes of this study were 1) to study the level of administrative skills of school administrators, 2) to study the effectiveness of teachers learning management in the 21st century, 3) to study the relationship between the administrative skills of school administrators and the effectiveness of learning management of teachers in the 21st century, and 4) to study the management skills of school administrators that affect teachers learning management effectiveness in the 21st century. The sample consisted of 310 school administrators and teachers. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.979. Statistics were used in data analysis such as mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that 1) The overall level of administrative skills of educational institutes was at a high level, 2) The overall level of learning management effectiveness of teachers in the 21st century was at a high level, 3) There was a positive relationship between the administrative skills of school administrators and teachers learning management effectiveness in the 21st century at a relatively high level and statistically significant at the 0.01 level with a correlation coefficient of 0.774, and 4) Administrative skills of school administrators can predict the effectiveness of teachers learning management in the 21st century at 59.80 percent, written as a forecasting equation in the form of raw scores as follows: = 1.945 + 0.326X1 + 0.389X4 - 0.463X5 + 0.303X6
