The result :
-The objectives of this research were 1) to study situational leadership behavior of school administrators in the digital era under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon in the academic year 2021, 2) to compare of situational leadership behavior of school administrators in the digital era classified by the positions, work experiences and sizes of schools and 3) to study the guidelines for developing leadership behaviors according to the situation of the school administrators in the digital era. The sample groups used in the research study were totally 351 people; namely, 83 school administrators and 268 teachers working under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon in the academic year 2021. Sample sizes can be determined by using the real-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan and were obtained by stratified random sampling disproportionately using the schools as a random class.
The results showed that:
1. Situational leadership behavior of school administrators in the digital era under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sisaket Yasothon as a whole and behavior in each aspect was found to be at high level. The behavior which had the highest mean was the participative behavior, assignment, telling everything and sharing ideas respectively.
2. The opinions of the school administrators and teachers on the situational leadership behavior of the school administrators in the digital era classified by the positions, work experiences and sizes of schools were not different in both the overall image and in each aspect.
3. Suggested guidelines for promoting leadership behavior according to the situation of school administrators in the digital era were found that leaders should create the conjunct awareness to drive the organization and let subordinates take pride in the participatory process. Subordinates should be given some opportunities to express their opinions in planning and assisting everyone equally. Therefore, the subordinates could work easier under the concerted decision.
