Abstract:
This research is a study of the rubber pads supporting the
beams of the upper structure of the Chalerm Mahanakorn
Expressway. Deterioration has occurred. Since it has been in
operation for more than 20 years, the structural behavior of
the base area is not as designed. The main joint patterns have
been grouped. of bridge structural joints related to bridge
lifting To consider methods for raising the bridge to replace the
rubber beam supports in 5 styles: Half Joint (HJ), Standard Full
Joint (FJ), Abutment Joint (AJ), Specific Full Joint joints. 3-
column type (SJ-3C) and Specific Full Joint joint type, 4-
column type (SJ-4C). The results of checking the pier database
found that the km values of the pier in some spots were quite
abnormal. Some periods have a set of discrepancies. It is
necessary to adjust the piers included in the bridge lifting plan
to change the rubber beam supports only (there are 1,555
points). Other unrelated piers, such as steel piers, duplicate
piers, or Approach Frame (there are 106 points), are not
corrected. The location of km in case it is necessary to search
later to see which of the 106 points are the piers in the original
database, so the location of the starting km and ending km. of
each episode in the database It will consider data for every
position (1,661 points), but the presentation of starting km and
ending km positions will be considered. In each of the next
sections, only the piers included in the plan to raise the bridge
to replace the rubber pads for the beams will be considered
(1,555 points), which are values that have all been checked
and adjusted
