Abstract:
This research has the following objectives: 1) the objective is to study the level that this village has prepared to help with disasters of the Chiang Mai Provincial Organization. 2) compare opinions in case there will be a certain return in this place. Organizational disasters of regional organizations Classified by individual factors 3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for promoting public participation in disaster management of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization.
Methods of conducting research Integrated research, that is, by qualitative research. Methods of conducting research Mixed Methods Research between quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) by using a sample group for research, which is a group of people in the area of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, 400 people, which was obtained by stratified random sampling. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire used in the research. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and the F-test, the questionnaire data was analyzed by the Social Science Research Package Program. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean (x̅), standard deviation (S.D.) and qualitative research methodology (Qualitative Research) by providing important information, namely a representative of Buddhist scholars, 1 figure, a group of senior executives of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, 2 people, a group of operational executives. of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, number 2 people, public administration academics, number 1, people in the area of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, number 3 people, which was obtained by means of purposive sampling. The tool used to collect data was an interview. The interview data was analyzed by using the content analysis technique
The results showed that
1. The level of promotion of public participation in disaster management of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization, including the principle of Aparihaniyadhamma. Overall, it was at the highest level (x̅= 4.61, S.D. = 0.711) and the promotion of public participation in disaster management in all 4 aspects was at the overall level at the highest level (x̅= 4.60, S.D. = 0.713)
2. A Comparison of People's Opinions on Promotion of Public Participation in Disaster Management of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization Classified by individual factors It was found that people with different genders, ages, education levels, occupations and incomes had different opinions on promoting public participation in disaster management of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization. Overall, it's different. with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted
