Abstract:
This research has the following objectives: 1) to study the level of development of women's operational potential in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province 2) compare the opinions of women groups towards the development of women's operational potential in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. Classified by individual factors
3) To study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions for developing the potential of women's groups in Mae Rim Sub-district Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province.
Methods of conducting research Integrated research, that is, quantitative research. using survey research methods The population used in this study were women members in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. Using the method of random sampling from the formula of Taro Yamane (Taro Yamane), a sample of 303 people was used as a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis was tested by F-test and qualitative research. Use in-depth interviews with 10 key informants or people. Use content analysis techniques with context. Presented an essay accompanying the frequency distribution table of key informants to support quantitative data
The results showed that
1. The level of potential development of women's group operations in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province, including the 4 Principles of Influence as a whole, were at the highest level (x̅= 4.61, S.D. = 0.710) and the development The operational potential of women's groups in all 3 areas was overall at the highest level (x̅= 4.61, S.D. = 0.713).
2. Comparison of women's opinions towards the development of women's operational potential in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. Classified by personal factors, it was found that the group of women with education level social status They had different opinions on the development of the women's group's operational potential in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. Overall, it's different. with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted.
3. Problems and obstacles related to the development of women's operational potential in Mae Rim Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. It was found that there was a lack of knowledge and understanding in policies, objectives, operational guidelines. It was found that communication with colleagues should be promoted effectively. And encourage colleagues to have confidence in their work.
