Abstract:
This research aims 1) to study the effectiveness of the educational strategies implementation of Tha Thung Luang Sub-district Municipality, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province, 2) to compare peoples opinions, classified by personal factors, on the effectiveness of the educational strategies implementation, and 3) to provide a guideline for enhancing the effectiveness of the educational strategy implementation based on the Iddhipadādhamma (the basic principles for success) of Tha Thung Luang Sub-district Municipality. The sample group in this research was 356 people who had the right to vote in the Tha Thung Luang Sub-district municipality area, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. T-test, F-value, and in-depth interviews with 15 key informants were descriptive analyses by referring to a persons speech.
The results showed that
1. The effectiveness level of the educational strategy implementation of Ta Thung Luang Sub-district Municipality, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province was totally at a high level (x̄ = 3.74). Classified by each aspect, it was found that production, efficiency, and satisfaction were at the highest level, followed by the modification aspect, and the development aspect was at a moderate level respectively.
2. Comparative results of peoples opinion about the effectiveness of the educational strategies implementation of Tha Thung Luang Sub-district Municipality, classified by personal factors, showed that people with gender and education had no different opinions, so the research hypothesis was rejected, and that people with different ages and occupations have different opinions, therefore the research hypothesis was accepted with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
3. Guidelines for enhancing the effectiveness of the educational strategies implementation based on the Iddhipadādhamma of Tha Thung Luang Sub-district Municipality, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province, were found there were understanding of education strategies, studying in empirical data for effectiveness, and having a knowledge management network, as well as a following-up evaluation.
